Stewart Eisenberg’s pledge has established the Trial Lawyer Scholarship Fund at his Alma Mater, Temple Law. Mr. Eisenberg decided to set up the fund for aspiring trial lawyers to expand on the already great opportunities at Temple Law and to make a significant difference in the life of an aspiring trial lawyer.

Todd A. Schoenhaus brings approximately 30 years of legal experience to the legal team at Eisenberg Winkler Jeck Schwartz Schoenhaus & Sherry. A skilled trial litigator, Mr. Schoenhaus has achieved countless multi-million-dollar victories in and out of the courtroom. Mr. Schoenhaus focuses his practice on product liability, premises liability, construction, civil rights and truck accident cases. He graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, followed shortly after with his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. He is a highly-sought after lecturer on various legal topics.
