Daniel Jeck Gives Presentation on Law Office Management

Attorney Daniel Jeck

On October 22, Eisenberg Winkler Jeck Schwartz Schoenhaus & Sherry, P.C., shareholder Daniel Jeck gave a presentation to lawyers across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on how to manage a law office during COVID-19.

Dan’s presentation came during the Pennsylvania Association for Justice’s 2020 Annual Medical Malpractice Seminar. At the virtual seminar, lawyers presented on various issues impacting how Pennsylvanians get justice for the injuries other people caused them to suffer, including how lawyers are filing lawsuits, trying cases, and operating law firms while in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. For more than 50 years, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, or “PAJ,” a statewide professional organization for lawyers, has been committed to preserving civil justice and dedicated to protecting individuals injured in Pennsylvania.

“Thanks to previous planning and investments in technology, even COVID-19 and the need to close our offices because it could not stop the lawyers and staff at Eisenberg Winkler Jeck Schwartz Schoenhaus & Sherry, P.C. from aggressively seeking justice for our clients,” said Dan. “Once our local stay-at-home orders went into effect, we were able to seamlessly transition from working in the office to working from our homes. As a result, our clients received the same attentive client service and stellar legal representation from us that they would have received if our offices were open. But not every law firm was able to work remotely like we were. Because of that, I was happy to share some information during my presentation that will help those law firms operate effectively during uncertain times—both now and in the future.”
