Nancy Winkler presents to Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County

On April 4, Eisenberg Winkler Jeck Schwartz Schoenhaus & Sherry, P.C. shareholder Nancy Winkler was invited to speak at the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County’s continuing legal education seminar on the topic of “How to Value a Case and Develop a Theme.”

Nancy discussed the firm’s billion-dollar jury verdict in late 2023 in a defective restraint system case involving a 1992 Mitsubishi vehicle, Amagasu v. Mitsubishi, and the trial presentation the firm employed in the case, the factors that drive value in catastrophic injury cases generally, and the importance of attorneys choosing trial presentation themes that move jurors in the post-COVID world.
